We accept both Cats and Dogs with no weight or breed restriction. Limit 2 pets per apartment.
There is a one time nonrefundable pet fee of $350.
All pets must have up-to-date shot records on file with the office at all times. There is a $20 a month fine if shot records are not kept up to date.
